Currently ShiftNote users are unable to reply from a log post in the Daily Report email. This is because of a third party DNS issue, and unfortunately we do not have a time line on when this should be fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor the situation. In the meantime, you can still reply to log posts by going directly to the ShiftNote website.
Update: The reply feature should be working normally again.
